Snowdrop Knight

Animation made by Laura Velázquez Vélez in 2024 for her final Masters project at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA). Composition made by Lïana Aram. Additionally, Aram conducted the Guildhall Session Orchestra for the recording of this project. 

Snowdrop Knight was premiered in October 2024 in Milton Court, London with the Session Orchestra playing the composition live. 

 

The Snowdrop Knight is a 5 minute animation about Brinley, a young knight, who tries to fight a water-bending villain. Will she succeed?
